Describe the MR

Save (and load) the spooler in a dump file.

Why was this MR needed?

To recover from unstable situation: if the Agent can't reach the Server, it spools its results. A dump file allows the Agent to save the spooled results on disk, in case it stops, and to load previous dumped spooler on startup.
