Add checkpoint option to post command

Pranay Srivastava requested to merge pranay.srivastava/pvr:add_checkpoint_option into develop

This patch adds --checkpoint option to pvr post. The value passed is merged with the envelope json, if any. The default value "onreboot" is placed as checkpoint value if none is provided.
