Ask the user if he/she wants to replace the dir for the command pvr clone <REPO_URL> <FOLDER_NAME> when there is a directory already exists.

eg:

$ pvr clone https://pvr.pantahub.com/sirinibin/personally_liked_lionfish/1 personally_liked_lionfish

WARNING: Folder having name "personally_liked_lionfish" already exists, Do you want to replace it ?(yes/no)
