This End-user licence agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA") establishes the legal framework of the instance [NAME OF THE PANORAMAX INSTANCE] ("the instance") and define the conditions of access and use of the services by the user.
The instance is available on the website accessible at the address [URL OF THE INSTANCE] and the API at the address [URL OF THE INSTANCE]/api.
The instance is made available by [NAME OF THE STRUCTURE OR INDIVIDUAL] ("the Publisher").

Article 1 - Scope of application
Access to the instance is possible for any person, without an account.
Article 2 - Purpose
The instance is the open catalog of photos visible from the public space. It allows sending, publishing, and sharing field photos.
Article 3 – Definitions
- “User” means any person using the instance to view, contribute or download photos.
- “Contributor” means any User creating Content on the instance.
- “Content” means any field photography and associated metadata published on the instance.
- “Open Data License” means the license [NAME OF THE LICENSE (Creative Commons CC-BY-SA or etalab-2.0)].
Article 4 – Features
A User who does not have an account can view, download and use the Content under the terms of the Open Data License.
A User can propose Content on the instance by logging in via their account.
4.1 Creation and connection to the Contributor account

Each User can create an account by providing the following information on the instance:
- First name
- Last name
- Username
- Password
Each Contributor can connect to their account using their username and password.

A Contributor account is created when a user logs in for the first time.
The user can connect using a user account previously created on the [URL OF THE EXTERNAL SERVICE] website.
4.2. Sending and modifying Content
The Contributor can send and modify Content on the instance via several channels: the website of the instance, the “Panoramax” mobile application, the command line interface or any software connected to the API.
4.3. Anonymizing a photo
The instance offers an automated blurring service for faces and license plates when a Contributor sends a photo. This service is prior to publication.
4.4 Publishing a photo
Each photo is directly published on the instance and accessible to the public as soon as it is blurred.
4.5 Reporting Content
Any User may report any Content that they wish to contest via the Publisher's contact address or the form accessible for each photo.
Article 5 - Responsibilities
5.1 The Publisher of the instance
The Content of the instance is not free from defects, errors or omissions.
The Publisher undertakes to secure the instance, in particular by taking all necessary measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the information provided. It does so within the limits of its technical capabilities.
The Publisher provides the necessary and reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the site. It reserves the right to develop, modify or suspend, without notice, the site for maintenance reasons or for any other reason deemed necessary.
The Publisher does not exercise any a priori control or moderation over the Content, and cannot be held responsible in any way for the Content. In the event of a breach by the User of the EULA or Content that is clearly illicit under the laws in force, the Publisher may remove all or part of the Content sent by the Contributor without notice.
5.2 The contributor
The Contributor ensures that his password is kept secret. Any disclosure of the password, in any form, is prohibited. He or she assumes the risks associated with the use of his or her username and password.
Any Content transmitted by the Contributor is his sole responsibility. The Contributor places the Content under the Open Data License.
The User undertakes not to put online any Content that is contrary to the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
Article 6 - Updating the terms of use
The terms of this licence agreement may be amended at any time, depending on changes made to the platform, changes in legislation or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Publisher.
Each modification gives rise to a new version and communication to the parties.
