• create a new link in the footer "Conditions d'utilisation" / "End-User Licence Agreement"

• create a new page https://panoramax.openstreetmap.fr/end-user-license-agreement

• Please add this content to Weblate so it can be translated in other languages, with extra care NOT to translate the hard coded informations.
