explain Gemfile build error

Trying to switch a Jekyll blog from Github Pages to Gitlab Pages creates an error that is difficult to track down because Googling it is not helpful.

I believe adding this to the README.md will help users resolve it quicker.

This is my first time interacting with Gitlab CI so please check my wording, especially "build never running" for correctness.
