First complete release.

• Removes in-sheet "Add" buttons in favour of drag-and-drop
• Adds validation to drag-and-drop to prevent incorrect Items being added to Actor types
• Additional updates to styling in chat and character sheets
• Force async on roll.roll() call to avoid deprecation warning
• Restructures translations for consistency and shorter keys
  • Note: this may break the Spanish translation! (I don't know enough Spanish to fix it all myself.)
