Milestones:

1. 50% of implementation done on March 31 (must-haves are: storybook, testing infra, app layout/structure/routing, theme, BasicList)
2. Finish initial implementation: April 30
3. Finish reviews (user and code): May 8
4. Merge and deploy: May 31
