RPM spec tweaks.

Hello Nir,

In addition to this patch you should add the voicemail patches and your logrotate file to git. Then in theory you could upload this to Fedora COPR and have them build EPEL6/7 + all supported Fedora's (though I don't think the mp3 stuff would be allowed, possibly other stuff). If you're going to provide binary RPM's I suggest using mock to build them.
