Switching campaigns several times raise a std::bad_alloc exception on Win32
As reported on #68 (closed) by @autious using the official Win32 binaries for version 1.1.
I can confirm the bug with the Win32 binaries for version 1.1 as well as the current master branch (5b566d01). The Win64 builds work fine. All tested through wine 1.8.4.
