The wiki-page lists the formula as [ATK * (2 + 1.5 * SkillLevel) * (TargetArmor + TargetVIT) / 100] (* Card Effects may be implied) and states that the formula was changed in a non-specified balance-patch.
The ingame skill description states [ATK * (1 + 0.75 * SkillLevel) * (TargetArmor + TargetVIT) / 50] * Card Effects

The two sources should disagree

Compared to the values OI should do according to http://calcx.wushuang.ws/, observed damage values overperform against enemies with negligable def (by as much as a factor of 2.5) but performs similarily against enemies with higher def.
The Wiki page states that Occult Impaction deals 'double damage' with the new formula, which is wrong. While the Attack-multiplies based on skill level has been doubled, the multiplier based on the enemy's defense has been halved.
The observed behavior of the attack's damage compared to calculations suggests that the wiki formula is correct, or at least closer to the real deal than the formula stated in the client.
