Rebalance to Amistr's Castling skill.
The problem: Castling can be used by afkchemists to move around a map. We do not want afk characters to be able to reposition themselves, even if they have stopped gaining exp.
The current solution: Castling has been given a custom cooldown of 129 seconds (at level 5) to prevent afkchemsits from using it. The problem that arises from this is that Castling is an essential skill for Amistr owners which is often used multiple times in quick succession depending on the situation (MVPing, a large group of monsters on the chemist). In its current state, the skill is not usable for its intended purpose.
Proposed solution: The cooldown on Castling will be removed. In its place, the chemist will be required to issue a manual movement command in between each use of Castling. This way, an afk character will be unable to cast Castling more than once, but an actively played chemist will be able to use Castling as many times as needed as long as they move between each use of the skill.
