Lif Mental Charge original cast persists after Rest/Call Homunculus
Summary
Currently, when you use Mental Charge on Lif the original cast is the only one that applies. While you can Rest/Call the Lif and re-cast the skill, it doesn't actually do anything other than drain SP. The original skill timeout HP/SP drain also applies.
Steps to Reproduce
- Use Mental Charge on Lif
- Rest/Call Homunculus
- Cast Mental Charge again
- Observe that the skill cast text appears, but there is no normal golden/yellow animation. Only 100SP drain that is repeatable across casts. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 as many times as desired.
- Once the original Mental Charge duration expires, observe drop to 10 HP/10 SP
Actual result
Only the first cast of Mental Charge is accounted for in terms of buff duration and HP/SP depletion at the end of the buff duration. Rest/Call Homunculus only affects the ability of the skill to be re-cast, but the re-cast does nothing other than drain on each cast.

Expected result
Rest/Call Homunculus should allow Mental Charge to actually be re-cast, replacing the original skill cast so that the drop to 10 HP/SP can be avoided. Currently the only way to reset Mental Charge is to relog, or kill and then resurrect the homunculus.
Note
Level 2 Mental Charge was used in the RRF file, so the original duration is 3 minutes.
