WoE Rewards - WoE Incentives.
Description
WoE is currently on this server, in terms of the value it brings for after or outside the WoE, a minus in everyones pocket, except for those that sell supplies and do not play themselves. Which means everyone that attends WoE, if he wants to fight effectively will inevitably lose money in the process, which in itself is not a bad thing. Yet a lot of players I know and myself included would think of WoE as much more attractive if there was a reason that winning was actually meaningful and important enough to support the invest into the supplies and time. Previously on official servers this reward worth the effort would be the godlike items. Ridiculously overpowered so I do not want godlikes to be a thing on this server - period. Yet I would love to have another goal to work for and not just play for the fun of it because to me and many other players the pure fun at WoE kinda does not make up for the time spent getting supplies and gears in order to participate accordingly. Would be different if it was in some way worth it in the end if you stick to it and work for it. To me WoE was always the ultimate goal to work towards and the reasoning for all the farming, gearing up and beating those hours getting zeny. Yet it does feel like a heavy waste of time to me and a lot of others who are on the same page as me.
This being said I do not have a concrete answer to what this reward could be in order to replace godlike items but I have been in discussions about this topic with numerous players over the past few weeks and some options we went threw were:

Any way to obtain Cards that players are able to get the traditional way but really really hard to get your hands on (mini boss and very limited spawn mobs, not MvP's)

Nerfed version of the godlike items (though I dont like this one due to non-WoE players probably being unable to obtain them on their own except for buying them from WoE players, unless a costume way to obtain them would be made which is also questionable due to the server not costumizing a whole lot) - talking big nerfes like megingjard having a +6/7/ on STR which does not break the game wide open

Special WoE costumes (obviously awesome looking ones so it is worth the effort going for the style, might be non attractive to some players though)
Rationale

One of the benefits would clearly be that WoE is more attractive to people that are more focused on PvM but also do not completely dislike PvP gameplay, I personally know a lot coming from a pure PvM guild

Increased WoE activity would also spiral into more money being rotated leading to less zeny on the server due to tax (buying, selling and farming supplies and gear)

Might potentially also lead to more growth of playerbase interested in both PvM and WoE

Depending on the reward maybe a extra long term goal for players to work towards in order to stay active on the server for a longer time

Maybe but just maybe competition for TT Rank potters increases, forcing the current top ten to be on their toes
Additional Information
I am pretty sure the current population of this server would make such an implementation possible since lower populated servers would have one guild dominating cashing in on everything but then again I am in no way an expert on the subject so I do not know of any possible downsides this could have but I am very open and interested if anyone might enlighten me to why this possibly might be a bad idea. And to say it one more time, the examples for rewards given are not my opinion, their just examples so do not bash me for them I very well know they are in no way perfect.
