docs(installation): add installation instructions for windows using WSL

  • Add missing jq install step to the Ubuntu 26 Initial Setup tab
  • Add "Extra steps for Ubuntu 26 on WSL" section covering the podman/nftables bridge-family incompatibility on WSL2 (fix: firewall_driver = "iptables")
  • Add a caveat that running Juice under WSL is fine for trialing but not recommended otherwise, due to hardware-connection complications

Test plan

  • Docs-only change; visually reviewed the rendered MyST tab-set/section structure
  • Test on a fresh WSL with a fresh user
