feat(system-monitor): deprecate backwards-compatibility layer

Removes the deprecated orangeqs.juice.system_monitor alias package, the system_monitor init_module variable fallback on FridgeService.fridge, and the legacy config filename fallbacks on FridgeBaseConfig, MockFridgeConfig, and FridgeMonitorDashboardSettings, all introduced in !453 (merged) to ease the System Monitor -> Fridge rename.
