Feature/fix test pipeline

Added the options for mipsolver (not mipsovler) and cpsolver to ci-pipeline, so the tests run through... Actually, I wonder how the tests could be broken in develop in the first place. Also, before the scheduler crashed due do ModuleNotFoundErrors when not both options were installed.
