SVNL meets for 2024 and improvements to SVNL import script

Improves svnl-import script so that it can parse latest format used https://www.suomenvoimanostoliitto.fi/Tulosarkisto/. Also handles exceptions caused by results DSQ and similar while parser is expecting numeral values.

Then adds svnl meet data for 2024 so far excluding meets where script is still giving errors.
