Add apla jnr nationals

Adds 2024 APLA junior and sub-junior national championships from original. Error for "Line 118: Bench3Kg '182.5' lowered weight from '-183.5'" can be ignored as the lift was allowed on the day due to tech desk human error. Otherwise all passed checker :)
