Add back cody powell tony baez to change name

Getting error message that looks like I can't change Tony Baez #1 and Cody Powell #2 (closed). I am assuming it's because they're not in the lifter disambiguation file. I am also assuming that once the name-corrections go through, I have to come back here and delete these 2 entries tomorrow.
