Adds APLA corrections

Rosie Wilson requested to merge rosieposier/opl-data:new-branch-for-rebasing-help into main

Could not rebase the other MR locally for love or money. Please help.

  • Updates metafed data for APLA/APU (needs fixing! @sstangl please change to the wording you suggested :) )
  • Updates APLA on the openIPF dropdown list (please check I've done this correctly)
  • Corrects a placing for 2024 APLA Open Classic Nationals (placings were in order of GL not total for one weight class only)
