Change lifter Zack A Cox to Zack Cox #1; Change Francisco Hernandex Martinez to Francisco Martinez #1; Change maiden/previous name Angela Cowan to married name Angela Wooten.

Note, I sent a message on Zulip at 1:30 am this morning. If I need to (1) add Zack Cox and Francisco Martinez to lifter disambiguation.csv and/or put numbers after the other Zack Cox and Francisco Martinez names, I am happy to do so, just let me know. I was unclear of what Sean meant when he said "leave the error".
