Correction to meet CPU Easterns 2023, closes #18732, #18663

For the 2023 CPU Easterns, I did initially not receive the data for Day 3 Session 3. Two lifters who competed in that session have submitted requests to add their missing results. Linda McFeters (CPU secretary) sent me the missing data and I have updated the entries file and the original file with that info.
