Please advise on how we should tackle the Division 'M_MEM_5_WPC' does not allow equipment 'Single-ply' error.

I don't feel comfortable changing the division to MES, since that's not ultimately what the lifter competed as (although he had requested the change at weigh-in, but it did not make it into OpenLIfter).

On the other hand, Single-ply is allowed in MEM, so this config.toml division restriction is not ideal. I don't feel good about adding an exemption for the entire meet.
