Standardise David Lupač

Alexander Jackson requested to merge alexander-jackson/opl-data:standardise-david-lupac into main

This change:

  • Renames David Lupáč to David Lupač in all entries.csv files
  • Updates the name corrections file to prefer the latter
  • Adds an Instagram handle
  • Adds a birth date to the most recent meet

Closes #18263 and #18264.
