Add 2023 BVDK LM KDK NRW and DM Kreuzheben

Fresh from the platform, here are the results for last weekend's LM KDK in Cologne and the missing results for last month's deadlift nationals.

I did not find an example of how to disambiguate lifters whose names are spelt differently but resolve to the same profile name. I suppose this is the right way to do this but I'd be glad if someone could confirm that.
