Add West Midlands Autumn Cup

Alexander Jackson requested to merge alexander-jackson/opl-data:add-west-midlands-autumn-cup into main

Largely unchanged from the original file, other than corrections for the federation (EPA instead of BP) and some tidy up of the data. Jack de Lancy seems to be the same as the previous meet in 2019 and this is the format on their Instagram page.

This change:

  • Adds the West Midlands Autumn Cup competition
