Add Manchester Open Instagram handles

Alexander Jackson requested to merge alexander-jackson/opl-data:add-manchester-open-instagrams into main

The Manchester Open came with a bunch of Instagram handles in the file as well, so these have been extracted into a separate CSV and then batch entered using a modified version of scripts/add-lifter-instagram.

Any handles that existed already have been updated with the one from this meet as well.

This change:

  • Updates the social-instagram file based on the Manchester Open results
