Sort `social-instagram.csv`

Alexander Jackson requested to merge alexander-jackson/opl-data:sort-lifter-instagram-file into main

This file has lost its "sorted-ness" which means that scripts/add-lifter-instagram puts things in the wrong place and makes non-sensical changes.

Maybe we should add a basic CI check for this?

This change:

  • Sorts the file alphabetically
