Add recent EPA meets

Alexander Jackson requested to merge alexander-jackson/opl-data:add-recent-epa-meets into main

There were 2 EPA competitions over the weekend who have submitted results, so let's upload them to the site. This consists of the NM run Fred Sterry Classic as well as the SW run Super Training comp.

This change:

  • Adds the originals
  • Formats them until the checker is happy
  • Adds a load of Instagram's from the ST comp

Closes #16675 and #16679.
