Add BVDK meet (Bezirksmeisterschaft Niederrhein 2023)

This MR adds the Bezirksmeisterschaft KDK Niederrhein 2023 (BVDK) which we hosted on the 3rd and 4th of June. The dataset was pulled from the meet software and adjusted manually according to the CI pipeline's complaints.

I added a name correction for Joyce Nagel-Fischper whose last name was spelt incorrectly in the database. The CI still breaks on her name and I am probably missing the forest for the trees right now so maybe someone could take a look at that. 🙂
