fix: correct data for Sam Hausberger

Some of this was sorted out in fbde90a1 (namely the correction of the surname, addition of the Instagram handle and removal of the incorrect birth year), but Sam would still like his profiles merged and we might as well add the date of birth to prevent future mistakes.
