Corrections for Belgium

  • Name corrections for BE lifters
  • Add instagram handles for BE lifters
  • Reduced number of "Gilbert" to disambiguate to 2, as one was found to be Gilbert Hamerlinck
  • Deduplicated age classes on VGPF/2301 as requested by a couple of people
  • Correct countryname from 'Belarus' to 'Belgium' for a bunch of WDFPF meets (wrong assumption was made based on code BEL)
  • List BE club championships under KBGV instead, which should result in more correct record tracking
