refactor: split out common content

Alexander Jackson requested to merge alexander-jackson/opl-data:refactor/split-out-common-content into main

We currently have the "Contact Us" information duplicated in 4 different places (for OpenIPF and OpenPowerlifting, as well as desktop and mobile versions for each).

Since the content is the same across all 4 (checked with delta) and we'd like to make some changes to it in the near future to potentially add templated email links, it might be worth moving it to somewhere shared.

This change:

  • Moves the body of the "Contact" page to a shared template and includes it where it was currently being used
