NPB meets 2013+2014 and meet name corrections

Changed the names of meets to look more alike and also added meets from NPB 2013 and 2014. Problem is they're in JPG, which is awful if converted so I only added the JPGS as original.jpg. I Found the results from archive.org wimwam.nl/powerlifting.info. Also 2014 Bench has an Disabled division with other weigth classes. I added Disabled in division but don't know how to add the rest.
