The initial version of OME_core ontology

I have just added the initial version of OME_core ontology written in the Turtle format. I use Protege (https://protege.stanford.edu/) as an ontology editor. This is an intuitive interpretation of OME data model in XML (https://www.openmicroscopy.org/Schemas/Documentation/Generated/OME-2016-06/ome.html).

Already, there are a few things that I would like to discuss. This is just a quick note.
