Hide live when screen setup has changed

Hide live/presentation when screen setup has changed. For instance, when the display cable was unplugged from the display screen. In Windows the live/presentation view will then block OpenLP and in some cases causing a crash.

This change will prevent that by hiding the presentation so that the OK button in the dialog can be pressed and decided whether or not continue with the single display screen setup.
