How to test:

Build the app with uvicorn (see README)
Start the app with: bin/start-dev.sh
- Request /viewpreset list and verify you find satcomp preseets
- Request /workspacepreset list and verify you find a satcomp presets with titles equal to the ones in the hamburger menu
