Give space for large hdmi and usb cable bodies

From #457 (closed) and #476 (closed) there can be problems connecting HDMI and USB cables to the Pi if the body of the connector is large and the connector does not protrude far from the body.

Remove the inner relief for the ports in the electronics drawers and add an external relief:
