Rotate low-cost camera on Upright

This is a change of direction from !450 (closed), but includes all of the commits on !450 (closed) . Changes to the software up to openflexure microscope server v3.0.0-alpha5 mean that there is no longer a need to keep the x and y orientations of the camera the same on Upright as on the standard inverted versions.

There is still a need for the low cost optics version of the Pi Camera 2 to be rotated on the Upright, for reasons of cable management. However this is now a rotation of 180 degrees, rather than 90. We are back at teh original suggestion in #375 (closed).

Cable management for the low cost optics will then need to be resolved (#370). Cable management for high resolution optics on the Upright are considered in !537.
