make hard stops for actuators
This implements ideas from !512 (merged) to give defined top and bottom end stops for the actuators
- Change the definition of the actuator travel to be the designed operational travel of 6 degrees.
- Add extra height to the actuator casings to keep the body shape the same as before.
- Add a nub to the top of the actuator columns to restrict the travel to the design plus a clearance of 0.6mm.
- Set the space in the foot to restrict the travel to the design plus a clearance of 0.4mm.
