Clarify the name of 3D printed Pi camera lens gripper/tool/remover

For clarity in the instructions, change the name of the pi lens gripper to 'pi camera lens removal tool'

Previously this part was called a 'workaround lens remover' and a 'lens gripper'. This MR makes the 'lens removal tool' name consistent throughout. This gives rather a long name for the stl, but this is necessary for the intentions to be very clear to readers. 'Pi camera' 'removal' and 'tool' are all necessary keywords to distinguish from the 'lens tool' that is used for inserting the other lenses and to be able to find the stl in the all stls list or to search in the pages.
