Set printer nozzle size in instructions

nozzle_size into master

The printer nozzle size is not defined in the instructions. Large nozzles have not been tested and may not print fine details well enough.

  • State printer nozzle 0.4mm.
  • Recommend 0.2mm layers, instead of 0.2mm or less. There is a note also about thinner layers that remains.
