Rotate the extra cut-outs in the camera platform for C270 and b0196 cameras

For C270 and B0196 there are cut-outs in the camera platform.

This MR adds rotations to the cutouts, to match the camera rotation of the camera mounting posts.

There is no change intended in any of the built parts as the camera rotation feature is not used.
