Update 3D printing materials and printer descriptions

  • The 3D printer required was called 'RepRap style printer'. To make it more recognisable it is renamed as 'fused filament 3D printer'
  • Updates to the 3D printer description page, with bed size requirements
  • Updates to the 3D printing filament pages
