Explain what to buy, not what not to buy for objectives

I have just watched someone start highlighting specification in the "you may run into problems if you buy" block because they were in a hurry.

Initially this MR put this section in a red warning box to draw attention to the fact that these are problematic. It was changes to an info box that tells you want to buy in bold followed by what to avoid in the following sentence.
