Make renders and instructions for upright z-mount nut insertion

Make renders for preparing the upright_z_actuator_mount.

• Render preparation steps for inserting nuts into the Upright z mount spacer
• Add the steps to render.py
• Use the spacer with inserted nuts in renders for later assembly
• Make instructions page for inserting the nuts
