Tidy motor cut-out for z-axis
Adjust the motor_clearance() cut-outs so that there are no thin walls or thin gaps around the motor mounting lugs in separate_z_actuator or in main_body
Adjust thumbwheel_clearance cutouts to account for the larger motor lugs from !448 (merged)
