Remove zenodo job and script as it fails and contributors are out of date

For discussion: This would remove the (failing) scripts automatic Zenodo uploading

We try to automatically push to Zenodo on all tags but this fails every time. Giving us a failed tag pipeline.

If we fix it we would need to update the script and API keys, and also update the author list as it is extremely out of date. We would also need to decide which tags are archived on Zenodo.

As we have a git history and the project has many forks it seems that Zenodo is mostly needed for preserving an exact value for academic citations (and maybe major releases). For this it seems important to get the contributors correct.

The CI does create a zip archive of the source, so this should make it easy to upload to Zenodo manually.
