Add screw holes in cable tidies

The ends of the side cable tidy covers are not secured so can slightly rise up. I have added holes for a no 2 self tapping screw to correct this, and also to laterally align the cable tidies on the top of the side cable housing.

changes:

  • add no 2 self tap counterbore to cable tidies
  • add corresponding trylinder holes in main body
